Returns / Exchanges

At MILK we want to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to refund or exchange any item (please check below if you are eligible for a refund/exchange).

Exchange of items will depend on the availability of stock. If the stock is not available, MILK CREDITS or a refund will be offered as an alternative.

Please note, regrettably we are unable to exchange or refund on items purchased on SALE or items purchased using a discount voucher / code.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW (RETURNS/ EXCHANGE INSIDE THE UAE)

  1. Please sign into your account, go to "My Dashboard", and select your "My Bag".
  2. Click on "View Details" for the invoice pertaining to the return/exchange and select the item(s) for return.
  3. Click on the "Return" button, fill in the details required and click "Continue".
  4. Once we receive your return notification, we will send you a confirmation of pick-up.
  5. If you don’t have an account, contact us on help@milk-living.com, and inform us on your request, and please note that the following details (Date of Purchase, Order ID, Invoice #, Product Name, Model #, Size and Colour) and reason for exchange/return must be included in the email.
  6. Ensure all tags are intact and items in their original conditions.
  7. Include the items you wish to return along with the MILK RETURN INVOICE.
  8. MILK’s preferred shipping carrier, Fetchr, will contact you to schedule a pick-up for the return.
  9. Please hold on to the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
  10. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund/exchange immediately. You can check for updates on your return status on your "My Dashboard" page, "Returns" section.
  11. MILK does not offer free international returns and exchanges. For any exchange request, additional fees for shipping and taxes will apply.
